We just watched Captain America: The Winter Soldier last weekend and little monster keeps on insisting he is Captain America, and since I love doing DIYs I decided to make him the shield and the mask.
I printed the mask from Spoonful.com a disney website for printables, crafts, etc.

For the shield, I wrapped the frisbee disc with a red japanese paper, bond paper for the circle and star and blue japanese paper for the smaller circle. I wanted to paint the frisbee but I got too excited to make it.
Just put it all together, and víola!
